Can I take more Panadol?

How many hours ago hun?? If it was more than 2hours I would be taking 2 more but if you aren't sure or comfortable taking it, call Nurse on Call or a local chemist. I took some Telfast the other day that did bugger all then rang the chemist to see if I could take some more of a different one and it was fine. Do you have some Nurofen? You're fine to take more Panadol, you can take 2 every 4-6 hours. Honestly, if you're certain you threw them up 5 minutes after taking them, I would have taken another dose. Paracetamol is a dangerous drug if taken in overdose but the recommended dose is fairly conservative if used over 48 hours or less.

How many mg of Maxalon did you take?

Maxalon = 10mg

Actually techincally its called metoclopramide (pramin). In case that makes a difference.
