He drops out after a few months and then a few months later he wants to go again and i tell him the truth that he never follows orders and then i'm the baddy!

I'm going to tell him about how you've managed to clear almost all of it up in one year. It might prompt him again. He has a drs appt in early feb, which we've had to reschedule because he couldn't be bothered going to the original appt in November. His dr is always fully booked.
