I think that will depend on how bad you got it, ikwim, and how sick you feel. Stock up on those hydralite iceblocks from the chemist, and Panadol, JIC.
I'd worry more about dehydration than anything. I think its more of a worry later in pregnancy as the diarrhea & cramps etc might bring on early labour.
Keep hands etc clean, & do the usual, not sharing of forks, drinks etc.
I had it when I was 8 weeks pregnant. Just make sure you keep your fluids up to avoid dehydration. You can get hydrating satchels to mix with water from the chemist. Get lots of rest and keep an eye on your temp. If you get a fever see your doctor.
