It's definitely related to PMT, and i need to take my drugs better (i.e. keep the proper minimum gap between them and breaky!).

I got up and went for a short run at 6am today which was good. Part of the problem is that my body has been used to running and lifting and since i moved in with DP my routine is completely gone and i'm struggling to find a new one. Hopefully running before he goes to work will help a little bit. It was very "bracing" (-1C, ice on the pavements!) this morning!

Ice on pavement you are keen!!!

I would say your gain could be fluid retention (sp??) I put on around 4kg before my AF then it goes again. I get really bad PMT but I blame my endometriosis for that.

    Hi
I don't use special shampoo. I use a shampoo and conditioner from the local shop, what ever is on special and smells nice.

I am glad your hair has stopped falling out . It can be a bit worrying when your doing your hair of a morning to find so much falling out.

AFM: My thyroid levels have just come back to "normal" after the birth of Miss D. I just wish all the symtoms would stop But I know they seem to stay around even when your levels are "normal".

    Take care
    Chris
