I got these once a month every month i was pregnant with DD. I get warning signs though so i get the blurred vision, wiggly lines and my nose goes numb (so random) so i would have to take pain killers as soon as they hit or i would be completely stuffed. I had one at work one day, i was around 30 weeks DP thankfully was my manager on duty i was in the managers office on the floor i couldn't move, talk or do anything.

You might find you will have a headache for a couple of days.

Hope you don't get another one I get migraines occasionally, mine are often hormone related and I seem to get more when breastfeeding. For me Tthe only thing that can head them off is taking high dose aspirin which obviously you can't do while breastfeeding or pregnant. Hope you get a good nights sleep, seems the best way to get over them xx
