*TMI* ahead!!!

ok ive had the runs since friday when i though i had gastro, no vomitting just nausea, was fine by yesterday only had the runs first thing in the morning, i woke at 2am this morning with the runs again, then again upon waking. although i feel fine,eating normally etc....am i contagious??? or do i just have an inbalace of bacteria in my intestines???? i am taking inner health plus tablets

Weird question - what does it smell like? There are some conditions which cause diarrhea with no other symptoms and have a distinct smell.

Having said that, if you have been otherwise well and are positive it wasn't gastro last week, I am sure you are not contagious. Diarrhea can be caused by many things including too much fat in the diet, sensitivities to food etc. Have you been on antibiotics recently? But if concerned, speak with your GP who can organise a stool sample...

Jols if it continues, might be worth getting a checkup at GP.
Might be a bacteria or the likes living in your intestine.
Remember to keep your fluids up while you have squirty bum!

Hope its settled now, dont know what it could be caused from but to help it settle either try eating some roasted chick peas or some rosehip tea.
