Did they do blood/urine tests? because if it is pancreatitis it is very obvious due to (i think) increased creatinine levels. is that right mother goose?

there would be abnormal blood results. Usually LFT's are way out. I'd get another opinion esp if you're in that much pain. It is possible you passed a stone but they need to know where it went. An MRI is best for seeing this. If the pain doesn't settly, go right back to ED. See if your GP can refer you to a surgeon if you have private cover. Or get a referral to the gastroenterology unit at your public hospital for assessment.

P.S. Sometimes a pink lady can actually help believe it or not. I chewed reni's when I had mine. It had mixed results. Buscopan worked best though. That with tramadol.

different docs will be on hon. But get your GP to request the path reults from what they did and compare to the ones they already have. It will show what has been happening and if any changes have happened.

Is there another hospital you can go to?

Considering how you're feeling - the nausea - see if you can get a script for maxalon or stemetil and have some. Also try buscopan which will ease your discomfort. It will target and spasms if there is a stone causing havoc. And if you have any tramadol - that will also help (although may make your pretty drowsy). If you don't have any, pop into your local Dr and see if you can get a script.

OMG Shazz, the hospital sounds very frustrating, what a shame there isn't another one you can go to where they will listen to your GP who is probably more experienced than the 25 yr old registrar you probably saw in hospital!!!
