Hi BW, flare ups after giving birth are like the odds in the lottery. Some do, some don't. Considering my RA was from Bradley's pg (came on when he was about 4-6 months old) i was on an array of meds continually until i TTC with Liam then only clexane. During Liams pg the RA was stable with no flare ups and after the birth i had (from memory) no major flare up. I still get the aches and stiffness when i get cold or it rains but as my specialist said a 2nd pg was either going to make it break it so to speak and i have been on zero meds since Liam was born. My joints in my hands are obviously still fused to a degree from prior to the pg but that is something that will not recover. So i guess for you, its a waiting game. Good luck.
