I just found this.

I don't know if I fit in here, coz my tubal reversal was, in fact, not successful. I had my tubes tied in March 1996 and had it reversed in July 2001.

I always wondered about other women who've had it done, and what sort of results you all got from it. I was told after my reversal op that it was a great success, but even then was told that my chances of falling were only ever good in the first 12 months post op. When I hadn't concieved in 3 years, I went for further tests which showed the site of my op to be conpletely scarred over and my tubes damaged almost beyond repair. This baby is an IVF baby.

Is it okay if I hang around for a bit? I know nearly no one who's had a reversal and would love to hear of your experiences. I had looked into further microsurgery prior to IVF, but thought that IVF would be cheaper and give me more chance of success. After 7 failed cycles, it definitely was neither!
