Jess, I got a referal from my gp to the out patients at the Goulburn Valley Hospital in Shepparton. I was 27 and only had 2 kids when I got my tubes tied. But, they didnt give me the proper councilling of facts at the time. Give them ago. Im sure you could get it done through there. Let me know how you go.
