Hi Ray.... No the doctors are allocated so many op a day in the public hospital. No waiting lists at all. My private doctor..Dr Cooper just gave me my hospital date at my first visit with him and that was it. Six weeks later my op was all over. I didnt want to wait not even a second more then i had to but having 5 kids already i had to think about the budget,so this was the prefect way for me.
