i don't know maz i didn't even think to ask i'll have to wait until my next appt in march. but then again i should see my other doctor. and see what he says.
dea :redface: thats terrible, how could they be so incompetant? i hope that you are okay and i hope that whatever the doctor says is positive. i will be having one very soon too. i will let you know how that goes.
carma, i was sick after the anesthitic (vomiting) but withing two days i was okay. i had a bit of pain with the gas but that subsides in about two days. i hope thats useful.
Hey Dea...thats great news that Hubby is doing well,im glad hes ok. Well i wonder if the clip still being in there has anything to do with not falling pregnant as yet. Are you going to go back and see the doctor that did your op and make him accountable for what he has put you and your famil thru?????
yeah when i told my dh about it he was so peeved and and well of course i was to but that's not the point. when they do a job THEY SHOULD DO IT PROPERLY!!!!! and that could be the reason i have 'nt fallen yet. so yeah i will definatley be saying something to him. and it won't be nice either. i just want it out. but i'm dredding what the doctor's going to say.

just a quick question you said you went to a public hospital as a private uninsured and it was 6 to 8 weeks did you go on a waiting list or did you decided on that time. The dr i'm seeing in ballarat does it in public hospital and curious if you go on a waiting list.

Hi Ray.... No the doctors are allocated so many op a day in the public hospital. No waiting lists at all. My private doctor..Dr Cooper just gave me my hospital date at my first visit with him and that was it. Six weeks later my op was all over. I didnt want to wait not even a second more then i had to but having 5 kids already i had to think about the budget,so this was the prefect way for me.
hi mumof5.... thanks for that were the same we have 3 boys 2 which have problems matt my middle son has 1 lung and brandon my youngest has global development delay. so paying for alot of doctors appointment. I'ts very annoying that after we pay thousands for the doctor you end up paying thousands more for the hospital if can't go public, you would think medicare could pay some. I just realised her young you are did you want all you children young, they must keep you busy I know mine do

hi carma yeah with my hsg results i'm going to ring the hospital tommorow to get in earlier to talk about it. and i had my tubes tied at ipswich hospital.

Jed is still saying he doesnt think he wants anymore babies but i said that id like him to see at the end of the year. I didn't get the reversal done just for one ....come one. lol. Hey Ray, yeah everyone says gee your young to have 5 kids,how old are you. I didnt plan it but im glad i had them young,so when my daughter is 18 ill be still young enough to go party with her:D. They keep me every busy and i get real tried but i wouldnt have it any other way. My 7yr old has ADHD and boy does he try my patients Grrrrr,the only time he stops is when he is sleeping and even then i wonder what he is up to in his dreams. He always comes out with something good in the morning. Yeah Maz just one more for me and ill be happy to call it a day. Im gunna have my tubes tied again if i ever fall again,it would be another c/s so it would be easy.Hubby will come around Maz and us women always win so best you tell him now :lol: . My body has just been so weird and up the **** since i had the reversal and i dont like it one bit. hi mumof 5....I will be 32yrs old in april i was just 22 when i had jamie my 1st son my husband was just about to turn 20yrs old. Jamie is 10 matthew is 7 and brandon is 5, Brandon keeps me busy too even at night ,he sleeps walks everywhere a couple of months ago we heard him go outside, I got up and found him starting the car he knows how to drive, that would have been interesting if he went for a drive.
We are hoping if the reversal works we might end up with a girl, i have boys and my sister has a boy we want some girls even have a name picked out which is Savannah Kate.

emma, sorry to hear you cancelling your appt. wat about the hsg? test the patency of the lumen in side you tubes-i have read that it sometimes clears the tubes and some women fall pregnant pretty quickly after.

Ray - a gf of mine charted for a whole year and lsipped up once and ended up with another boy (just before I had Vy) were we tangoed every day sometimes even twice a day for amonth and ended up with a girl. I so hope you get a girl matie..my life is so different now. Ive bonded with Vy completely differently to the way I did with the boys.

hi maz... a friend of mine said the same thing at least my husband will be happy, we have no problem getting pregnant our doctor says we are both very fertile considering my husband works night shift . It took 3 mths to get pregnant with jamie after coming of the pill for so long, matt took 3weeks after coming of the pill, brandon got pregnant on the pill, and again on the pill but miscarried. Found out when I was pregnant with matt I had a blood clotting disease so after matt they but me on a different pill pregnant twice on it ,hence getting tubes tied only to find out after having it down they had me on the wrong pill it was the mini pill that they give to breastfeeding mothers for contraception wasn't strong enough for me so I had the tubes tied for nothing.
So we are hoping after the surgery it won't take long to get pregnant won't a summer baby all mine were born in winter it's cold to get up to feed.
maz, true a bit long-just shorten it when you want. i m sure jed will be okay after the initial shock.

I still haven't heard from the QE2, and starting to get very impatient, even to the point checking my mailbox several times a day. Well today i'm having the worst day ever. hi kiya i did the exact same thing checking my letter box a couple of times a day and i too was getting impatient. it will come. i have to go back there on monday to talk to the doctor about my hsg results. my tubes were fine. but we noticed a clamp or clip inside me. so please don't be alarmed by this.

Maz, a kia? We were gonna get one of them, but they had such a shocking review, we got a trajet instead, both cars have absolutely no boot space! But the Kia's are gutless as, I test drove one & walked away very, very disappointed!

ray, my sister had the clamps and they just removed her's although some doctors will still cut the damaged ends of and restitch them. hows the hunting for the doctor going?

We are actually buying a car next year a landrover discovery 4wd it has 2 extra seats at the back and it's actually a fairly roomy car, my husband has to teach me to drive a manual i got my first car when i was 16 and it was a auto so there was no need to learn to drive a manual so being nearly 32 i figured why not learn.
Hyundai makes them they seat 7 I think they only started making them in 2002 not sure, it's a terrific car, goes great, it has a V6 engine :) I used to drive a ef falcon, so I was used to the power, but this has heaps!
OMG Storm - I saw one of those in the carpark the opther day and forgot the name until I just read it. They look great. Are they good on milage? WE've got a ford explorer and it goes through the juice really quickly. its a 4.6 motor and $90 only gives us 400km.

Hey Maz, it's great on fuel, even with the a/c going. I dont remember how much it costs to fill ( dont do that too often) but it does over 600k's on a full tank, I can get to mums (519k's) & still have 1/2, but running around uses more.Mum's is straight driving on a highway for over 300.But 20bucks will last me a week & I do heaps of short trips.

Hey girls,yeah bigger cars are hard to find. I have a pajero 2002 model 7 seater and we all only just fit. I get about 400 to 500kms out of a tank which cost about $100 to fill. I did have a ford wagon 2004 with a ****ie seat in the back and it was pretty roomy. I would have to say the taragos 2001 are the best with 8seats and plenty of boot space and the back seat sides forward to make even more room. Bloody X hubby took that car but it was a real good car. Hey Dea glad hubby is home and well,good to know hes up for some action already ;)
hi luvchildren... my husband is the manager of a security company so he took me out in the patrol car 1 yr old and not ours, i was great didn't bunny hop or anything. Then months after that i moved the patrol car from the driveway no probs then in the street i kept on stalling the car it was so funny but he's going to take me out to the country when he has a day off. I know more about cars then most of his mates, i probably know a lot more stuff then him but wont let on you know male pride .
