    Hi Everyone,
Hope your all having a good weekend.
For me, I'm not too sure what is going on inside me today.
I'm on the last day of my AF today, thank god cause I really suffer with pain from it. And, I was really happy to see it arrive as I hadn't had 1 for a few months. I took it as a good sign that I am still ovulating, just what I need otherwise they won't even try to do the op.
But today, I feel a little lost, and having some doubts.
DH and I are having the reversal done at the royal women's hospital in melbourne. We've got for our first appointment next month and have been told that the waiting list to have it done through the public system at NO COST is about a year.
Before today we were happy to wait as that time will give us the time we need to work out finances for when i fall pregnant and stop working to have bubs.
Today I have been questioning whether I am crazy going through all of this now, when we have just bought a house. I have my dream job and earn fairly good money, I already have 3 wonderful boys and 2 step kids as well, and I am currently 33. So by the time I at least have the op and start the process I will be at least or very close to 35. Am I crazy??? Or should I just put this down to hormones and me worrying too much???
    HELP!!

    Hi Fcnessi,
We all have our bad days and our ups and downs,i guess it depends on how much you really want this. For me i wish i didnt have the reversal and just went and did IVF straight away, Less costs and time waiting to have it done then waiting to fall pregnant and alot more chances at falling pregnant. We are all different and everything happens for a reason

Thanks for the words of encouragement mumof5
Feeling better about things now. Who was I kidding before??? Myself I think. I want to have another baby more than I want to breathe. Must of just been hormones.
All is good again now and my train of thought is back on track.
How about you, how are things going, how you feeling with the tablets???
Take care darl, my thoughts are with you always.

Thats good to hear that your all back on track. I know how you feel tho, sometimes it just seems all to hard. Yeah im ok thanks for asking, wishing the days aways tho hate waiting. I feel good tired but thats normal for me. Im just so hoping all goes well and nothing goes wrong. I read posts in another thread about other peoples cycles going bad and the smallest little thing can stop your cycle from going ahead. Its also good in another way cause it perpares me for the worst, like all the things the doctors dont tell you. Thats the best thing about belly the advice
    Take care mate

WOW!!!...Not that i'm counting or anything, but "18" days till my first appt. I'm getting so excited and nervous all at once. Hey Dea, what is Dr Sidhu like? Is he the type to try and talk you out of getting the TR done or is he a helpful dr? This is the nervous part of how i am feeling right now. I would be so devastated if he said NO to the TR. I am so wanting another bub. Cheers Kiya

kiya when i went for my first appt i seen this other person first and then he took me in to see dr sidhu. and dr sidhu asked him if he explained the complications that could happen. and i was like yeah whatever i just want my tubes reversed. then after that he asked me how old i was and then he asked how old my dh was. and if he had any other children. he is a really nice doctor. he won't say no he's done heaps of reversals. so you'll be right.

    Hello Ladies
Remember me...im the silly woman that forgets a new thread gets started PMSL
Ive hit the 13 week mark WOO HOO!!!! 5 more weeks until I have my u/s and Jed is defently getting the snip. Doc said whether I get the clamps or cut my tubes out I'll still end up UTD so Jed is coming to my 19 weeks check up and getting the doc to send him to someone about getting it done. YAY cause I was so worried about having all that dame pain again.
I have been diagnoised with hypermesis - or sever m/s. Ive lost 9 kg and have very high blood pressure already it was 140/90 yesterday, plus the blurry vision, head aches and blood noses...OB wasnt happy and said if things dont improve there could be a chance that I end up in hospital....lalalal (hands over the ears) wonder if they have 24 hour daycare PMSL
Other news - a friend of mine had her lap last week and the docs at the royal womans in melbourne said they can reverse one tube but the other on is to short. She is totally wrapped...one is better than none
Ok enough dribble from me a made pg woman
hop eyour all well and can someone please come and fold my 6 baskets of washing.....please
