Maz hope your mum is doing better and yourself. Storm sounds like you have your hands full !! My brother was a bit like your Dylan, except he hardly ever went to school to get suspended ! He left in year nine and went out to find a job, took him a while but he has settled now and has a baby son (he is 20) ray best of luck to your DS hope all turns out well.
