Oooooh spooky hun! I think it's your dad. I'm reading the Allison DuBois book 'We are their Heaven', and she basically says our loved ones are always around us, wheather we feel their presence or not. Our loved ones love being around us in whatever we are doing because they miss and love us and want to be a part of our lives still. When you are afraid of spirits (like me) they find it harder to be felt/seen by you. Children however, have no hang ups like this and they can easily see/feel the spirits around us. Don't be scared hun, just think it's your dad watching over your beautiful DS and his precious grandson. It's amazing how they share the anniversary/birthday.
