it was just so weird in that i haven't "used" this part of me in so long and to have it come through so strongly like that really took me out. that said i have been very tired ever since and not sure if it is related ITMS.

i wish i were more 'expert' at it and could give people insights etc...unfortunately (and this is why i stopped in the first place) i am a bit too 'untrained' and i cannot filter and so i get too much info with no rhyme or reason and it comes without warning or trying ITMS.
