As I read it I saw 2 or more bushes against a wooden fence. Kind of pictured the key flying over the bushes and falling between the bushes and the fence. There may have been a small building to the left of the bushes.

ok...interesting... regarding pot plants... no, BUT there are two boronia bushes in brick planters each side of our front steps... I'll go have a good look in them...

ETA: no luck, but I did find other random objects like pencils etc that no doubt he has thrown in there. It is highly likely that the key was thrown over the two boronia bushes and onto the front lawn... yes, we may need a metal detector!

I must be way off! I'm seeing a patch of dirt that meets grass. The dirt is loose like it gets a lot of traffic. And it's been accidently covered. As though it's been accidently kicked or scuffed or the dirt has been scuffed over it.

But seeing as everyone else's responses are similar I would say don't go by me at all LOL!

Ok... just to fine tune all this LOL the two bushes is spot on. Beyond that is a lawn with a curved red brick footpath... laid kinda like the yellow brick road on the Wiz of Oz. The dirt could be the gaps between the tan bark of the garden beds... i've been scratching around there and covering the dirt gaps as I go.

    But still no luck.

Had a look near the wooden fence but that is way over on the other side of the drive way... I don't think even he could have tossed it that far. He is a "thrower" though.
