1 of my friends told me every day when she woke up and got up she would imagine a sleeping bag around her and she would zip it up to protect her.
Meditation, yoga, walking in the park, swimming, doing stuff every day to cleanse and rebuild your energy will help. But do you really want to continue living in this sort of situation?
