You can draw energy from outside you - I generally pull energy from the sky through 7th chakra out through my feet into the earth core while a simultaneous cord of energy from the ground runs up in the reverse direction. Its this limitless supply you can use to support yourself and others at any time.
And btw... twinnie that was "lost", just wasn't ready or in the right place. You needed to pull the energy to let the baby go hun... it was the perfect thing at the perfect time.
