I have had these things happen from time to time more so in dreams rather than waking visions.

One I recall was when I was a teenager, in my dream we were invloved in a car accident crossing turning across a busy road, the other car impacted on my side.
One day we were at that same intersection and being summer the sun was kind of in that difficult spot. Mum went to take the turn and I said WAIT I think I left my shoes at the studio. She braked and as she did a car seemed to come from nowhere.
Needless to say that if she had have taken the turn I would not be here now.

When I had my car accident in 2002, someone whispered to me "he is going to turn" so I started braking and the old dude turned illegally in front of me. There was no where I could go except into him I had barely touched the brakes when I hit him.

I have had some not so pleasant dreams just before I have lost babies. I swear the night before Nikita died I told "Death" (you know the cloak and reaper stick image) to go away and not to take my baby ......Granted I was on some good drugs at the time due to c-sect and was under a fair amount of stress so it could have just been a coincidence .....not that I believe in coincidences!!
