Do you have to go back to your ob at any point to have him check that its positioned ok?
My doc didnt mention anything about this but I read somewhere online that you need to have it checked out after six weeks. I had mine put in a couple of months ago

Yes, I went back and had mine checked. He did a pelvic u/sound to check all was in order. I had mine put in just before xmas, so accounting for holidays etc it was about 11 weeks before I could go back to see him.

Yep, I went back four weeks later to check on position. Maybe give him a call maybe he just forgot to mention it to you...
