I stopped using hormonal birth control about 12 years ago - because the pill, any pill - made me completely psycho. Also had major skin problems that I never had before or since. Was told by my GP that it was all unrelated, it was great etc etc. Then I was changed onto one that gave me all the above AND debilitating migraines. OMG they were the most painful thing ever and I had to go to the ER to have that migraine drug to get rid of them.

After that happened a few times I threw the pills in the bin and started using a natural method.

So many women have stories like this about hormonal BC, I'm so sorry you're going through this but know you're not alone and you're definitely not crazy. Get that thing out now
