i have my period, the first since having the IUD in, its lighter but i needed a light tampon today, this arvo i replaced it and felt very sudden and very uncomfortable pain, cramps, pressure in my bottom (like normal AF cramps but different) i had to remove the tampons and the pain/discomfort disapated with 20 mins or so.

im worried ive dislodged the IUD, is taht possible??

also DH can feel the strings, as can i, how common is that??
