    2 babies, 1 miscarriage..a 3rd???

Has anyone been in this situation, i have two beautiful children...but ever since my mc (and i have had my second child since) i think i am wanting a third......now do you think this has anything to do with loosing a baby??

The only reason is because of our situation...there are many many reasons why we shouldnt have another one....but i just cant stop thinking about it and im really scared about another mc.........

    thanks

I have lost a few on my journey. but now have 3 beautiful earthside children.
I enjoyed this pregnancy the most because I knew it would be my last. Every time I went to the loo I did constantly check my nickers for spotting, but thats normal
There are always reasons to not have another but few people regret having babies. however only the two of you can fully know.Talk it out with your partner.

I'm just wondering whether the loss of my baby is making me feel like there is something missing... I just don't feel complete but I thought I would b. My hubby would have another one No questions, There's just loads of factors. I was always stressing and scared with my third pregnancy because of bleeding etc. I guess I'll just have to keep thinking about it.

Not sure if this is what you mean but I needed to have a baby in my arms after a loss. I couldn't finish on a loss...

    Hi mel,

I have never had a loss (only a chem preg on 1st IVF which i personally didnt view as m/c but i know some do) so i dont know what that feels like, but i also sometimes think of a third, even though i never thought i would. I thought after DS2 we would be done, but i am often contemplating a 3rd. For me i think its because i am old and its probably not gonna happen, so i guess my regret is not starting sooner, and i guess also part of it is going through IVF and realising what a precious precious gift a little bub is. I hope you are able to decide what you want. Xoxo j.

I felt like that after my last three m/c. We always wanted two kids but after 3 m/c and staring down the barrell of IVF I felt that maybe we should settle for one. However, the urge to have another child was too overwhelming. I can't say for sure that if falling & staying pg was easier for us whether I wouldn't have had that longing feeling or not??.... I know if things were easier I'd contemplate a third.... but like you, the thought of m/c and possibly going down the IVF path to have another scares me too much plus emotionally I am nearly broken :-(

I never thought I would have a third. I always thought two coz of our situation and having step children and lots more to the story. After having the mc then falling pregnant with dd I felt blessed and so happy. Lately tho I just can't stop thinking about it. I don't feel complete, even tho the circumstances around us are pointing at no... I can't help but wanting another. I lost the baby and then my dad so there has been a lot of grief around. I guess I might let fate decide. If I am meant to have three i will. I was a mess my last pregnancy, I would dread having another mc so I will need to weigh it all up. Thankyou I appreciate it
