I'm so sorry for your loss.
I have unfortunately been through both...I found the D&C much easier physically...my last pregnancy I m/c naturally while in the shower and it was horrible...I guess it's different for everyone but I never want to go through that again...I found the d&c much 'kinder' all round. My thoughts are with you xxx
