Hi and welcome to BB. It is very possible that you could be pregnant and may be miscarrying. Bleeding and cramping can be an indication of miscarriage, I had this happen when I miscarried early last year. A pregnancy test may show a positive result (if you are pregnant) if your hormone levels are strong enough, but I highly recommend you go and see your GP today. I don't want to scare you because it may not be your issue, but I had pains in one side when I miscarried and I was given a scan and they suspected I had an ectopic pregnancy which is very dangerous and I was sent to emergency. I think it's best to get seen ASAP just to rule it out. A GP may be able to give you some answers anyway.

    Best of luck

    Hi Stina,

I agree with Trish, I'd get yourself to the doctor. No contraception is 100% effective - my daughter is proof of pregnancy on the pill!

Hoping it all works out for you.
