Hi everyone, I've got my first d&c on Monday and I'm freaking out just a little and I'm sorry if I'm going to put this wrong but I have a need to know.

What I need to know is what is going to happen?
How long the procedure is going to take?
Will I need to bring anything to the hospital such as pads etc?
I'm guessing it's a day procedure, but what happens if I react badly to the anethestic (sp)?
Is there anything that could go wrong?
What will the bleeding be like?
