Aww hun, that sounds awful

I understand your fear of another D&C, my sister has Asherman's Syndrome as a result of a D&C so I was terrified to have one after my missed m/c, but emotionally and mentally it was definitely the right thing for me to do.

I think 3 months is an awfully long time and I think it might be a good idea to go and speak to someone about your options.
