Yes - sadly, many of us here really do understand what you are going thru.

I can't tell you how long the natural miscarriage takes - I think it's pretty individual. I had a D&C as I was already 11weeks. I had it in the morning and the next day was a public holiday. The following day I was back at work (with many breakdowns - but my office so ok). It's such a sad sad thing to go thru.

Take the time to grieve your loss. Don't let anyone make you feel guilty for being sad. We all react differently. I know it's hard sweetie...but we are all here for you any time..
