    M/c now..HELP!

    Hi,

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I am currently going through a m/c. We found out at our scan yesterday 9 weeks 5 days that our baby passed away 1 weeks ago, approx 8 weeks 5 days... At 7 weeks 2 days I had a scan and the senographer said I was 7 weeks 1 day and we had a good heartbeat of 130bpm... I am at loss at to what has happened in that time frame but am realistic about it - that it just wasn't meant to be!

I have had two twin m/c's prior to this one and have always had a curette.

Being Friday I can't get into have a curette until Monday and have to travel 3 hours on Sunday to have that done on the MOnday morning.

I am terrified of doing this natural thing as I have never done it before... I felt such at peace with my curettes to date!

The senographer said yesterday that my uterus was very open and she expected that I would m/c overnight and I didn't... I am having extreme lower back pain with groin and aching legs and minor period pain in my tummy at present... Apparently my cervix is opening from the outside and it normally opens from the Inside... She explained that this is a good thing - if my baby was viable as it will hold the baby in... but as my dr explained this morning (when I rang him), because I have had a cone biopsy my cervix it is going to do this as it is weak, but I should still m/c naturally.

I am at fear of seeing the baby come out and going through this pain and the waiting is doing my head in!

Can anyone give any comforting words or advice on what I should expect if things happen before Sunday/Monday. I am really secretly hoping this m/c can wait until I have a curette - due to my fears and state of mind!

Thanking you all in advance xo

p.s: are there any support groups on here that are current???
