I'm so sorry you are going through this. For the pain, can you get to a chemist and get ponstan? I had a couple of very early miscarriages and this is what my FS told me to use to help with the pain. The bleeding could well be horrendous, anything more than soaking a pad in an hour means a trip to the hospital. But as keike suggested, maternity pads will help. It's important to use pads at this point as there is an infection risk.
