Tegam,

I'm sorry you are feeling so awful but it's big surgery, even if the scar is small. I had a tube removed because of endometriosis and it took me well over three months to recover. The inflammation can cause problems with your bowels, along with the pain medication, no wonder you are feeling so sick and also sick of it - it really wears you down, I know. Must be extra hard looking after little ones while you are feeling so unwell. Also you have been through a lot even before this all happened so be gentle with yourself, it will take time.

I would suggest you get a full strength iron supplement from the chemist if you aren't already taking one and something to help with your bowels at the same time. You'll need the iron after the mc anyway and it will make a difference to your energy levels and help rebuild your immune system. B vitamins would be good too. Unfortunately iron can cause constipation so you need to have the fibre at the same time. Walking helps too to get things moving also with energy just don't over do it.

Big hugs to you. I see you were a lucky RAK recipient too! There are some lovely women here I agree.

Take care,
Alice xx
