Lovely thread, it is so very important to talk and I can understand when there is so much pain and loss going on that it may be harder but please if you are hurting come and talk here, we are here for you. For me when I'm feeling down or upset I always feel for my Emmanuel, now over time he brings me so much comfort and strength but there are also times when I just want him back to hold one last time.
