we said Goodbye

Last night we went down to the Beach and let some balloons go for our Baby girl. We did it mainly for our other children, but id dint realise how it would make me feel..

we have now said goodbye, we are not waiting for anything anymore ( we have her ashes, we have named her we have told people and now we have said goodbye) It is all so real now, there is nothing that can help us pretend that this is a dream or a really bad joke anymore this is real, Our baby girl has gone.

Now i am scared that people will forget Kyarna, that i will forget her. it scares me that one day, i might go a whole day without crying, and that i may even go a whole day without thinking of my girl. I dont want people to tell me that it is going to get easier, that i will feel better.. at least when it hurts this much i know i cant forget her.

I'm soooo sorry to hear what has happened to Miss K hun.

I think she knows her family love her - thats why you sent some balloons filled with love for her to play with...

And you're entitled to feel whatever you want to feel; and you're entitled to ignore peoples words if you want too - allow yourself to grieve, however you think is best, afterall, they're not in your shoes. And please vent whenever you feel the need to hun..

I am so very sorry for your loss sweetie, but please let me say this. You will never forget your baby girl, she will always be apart of you, in your heart especially. There wont be a day that goes by that you will not remember your precious angel. Every time you look at your children, you will remember her. Everyday you will be reminded of her, so dont be afraid that you will forget her as you really wont. Take time to grieve, and let us be there for you. Again I am so very sorry for your loss.
