I feel extremely unqualified to answer about how to behave, but I imagine she would want you to cherish the child that is there now and marvel in his/her beauty and do all the things you would normally do with a newborn.

Organisations - for now - don't forget Heartfelt if someone hasn't already put them in touch. I imagine the hospital is putting them in touch with some support as well.

What a sad thing but also an honour for you to meet this little bubba. I too am hoping for a miracle outcome
