No advice either, but just wanted to say it took us ages to get the poos right. Wees were seriously simple for the girls but poos were a whole different story. We did the prize/present thing too which I think is a good strategy. That first poo in the toilet seemed to be an enormous turning point - just have to get that first one!

Love the tv on the toilet though ;-) Not sure you've done anything wrong at all. Everything I read/heard suggested reading stories etc on the toilet so I don't see too much difference with tv. Getting them to stay there, relax and give it time is the idea, and if the tv does that then great.
