hi alittlegrubi! thanks. will keep that in mind. nappy rash has cleared up but want to keep these tips under my sleeve for future reference.

I used Hydrozole. It has cortisone in it and worked wonders on Ela's little tush. same bright red blister type spots. Cleared it up in a day or two.
