I used to use a BBB with a fleece topped hemp booster inside (couldn't find a bamboo one) and a bamboo booster in between the nappy and cover (wool) for my heavy wetting tummy sleeper when she was still in nappies. Never had any problems with nappy rash or wetness with the fleece against her skin She did have a very big butt though LOL

Good luck, I know how hard it can be to find something that works for a tummy sleeper.
