What DS's kindy did was pop him on the toilet after every nappy change while they cleaned up. So only for a few minutes each time. We tried to do the same at home but he wasn't always keen. It took a while but he eventually started doing wees on the toilet. He was a little bit older when they started that though maybe 20 months ish. He clicked not long after DD was born (approx 30 months). All of a sudden he was doing all his wees on the toilet & his nappies were dry. It took him a couple of months longer to figure out the poos. We tried to catch his poo face and rush him there. Again he was about 2.5yo.
