What my mum did with me and my twin sister was to take the potty with her in the basket under the pram. She's go into the toilets and even put us in a cubicle and then flush the poo when finished. She said she'd put toilet paper in the bottom of the potty so it didnt get too soiled. She said it wasnt necessarily the most ideal thing to do but maybe something you could think about.
