Hi!

DS#2 will be two the end of the month and he has just got the worst nappy rash. It is tiny red spots that are now bleeding. Is that thrush or some reaction to food? It doesn't appear that he is getting his 2 year molars yet so I don't know what else to think. He has been sick with a cold (cough, runny nose, sneezing) maybe that would cause a rash??? I'm trying to change him more often and also as soon as he does a poo but he has been doing stealth poos lately as well which isn't helping the situation. I am alternating from paw paw, to amolin cream, to sudocream with little improvement. Nappy changes (especially the poo ones) are turning into nightmares!!!
