DS 2.5 has been toilet training now for a couple of weeks and it is all going very well. Having a lot of accident free days and he knows when he needs to go and is telling us so all good. When he tells me and we are running to loo I tell him to hold and he can mainly do so but not always. So all happy days really pleased how it is going
However we are now having to fly back to Ireland tonight as my father is terminally ill and docs think he will only last a few days. DS and DH are coming with me. What should i do on the plane during his awake time. Flight is at 9.10pm tonight and guess he will pretty much crash out when the plane takes off so he will be in nappy then like normal bed time but what do you think we should do for the rest of the journey. It will take approx 24 hours. Just keep him in nappies as accident on plane would be too difficult or chance it and put his pants on? Either way we can ask him when he needs to go and take him to loo on plane (which he will probably be obsessed with anyway) but you know what loos can be like for people waiting!
Anyones thoughts? I am thinking pull ups and then take him to loo when he wants to go?
