Yep for sure but i avoid cotton fabrics on the outside of the PUL cuz I worry that it would just make the moisture wick through the PUL but I could be wrong. If you use a polyester print you wont have that worry.

Na pretty sure you need to use hot water, could you fill a bucket of hot water to put in your machine?
