Personally I'd go with something natural and lush like bamboo velour Lovely and soft against bub's bottom. Also it will absorb moisture as well, microfibre can be prone to compression leaks so tends to work better with another absorbent material. I never had a lot of luck with it myself unless I teamed it with something absorbent.

Otherwise if you want stay dry, I agree with Lime
