Blackmores do it available from the healthfood stores. A friend of mine tryed for 3 years to concieve her 4th child, she even had fertility treatment. She took 24 tablets and had to discontinue their use as she fell PG!! I was on them but stopped as I went to a nautropath who set me up on her program which I am 1 month into, I noticed in the ingrediants of some of the powders and tablets that she gave me that it is in those as well so it must be helpful.
