Okay thanks, i will ask about those.

In regards to the fish oil, my tub says "1000 mg, take 3 times day with food for best results", do you think its safe to take more than what it recommends?

    Wink Herbal memory remedy

One of the best herbal supplments for memory is Brahmi. It doesn't taste very nice, but works but increase blood flow to peripherals, therefore, increasing blood flow to your brain! You can get it in tablets, or liquid (which is the most effective - but yucky!). You can get it from any health food store!

    Memory Aids

    Hey Matryoshka,

I'm a Naturopath at the BellyBelly Centre, and I'm more than happy to help you with your memory. I'm not sure where you are located, but you are welcome to email me and I can post some memory herbs out to you (I won't charge you for a consultation). I also work with homeopathic medicines, which can be brilliant for treating poor memory. As for your fish oils, a therapeutic dose is at least 6000mg daily, so you are safe to take 6 capsules daily. They are best taken with food for maximum absorption.

All the best, and feel free to contact me if you need to.

DH swears by Brahmi and I can tell if he's taken it or not by how he and his memory are functioning. Without it he struggles to recall and put correct names to things.
