You can also buy the book without the kit from any good bookstore, if your local one doesn't have it they can generally order it in. The book explains all the concepts used in the kit. The lunar fertile times are based on the lunar phase of the exact time, date and place of your birth so you will need to have these accurately worked out for you. If you contact the Jocelyn Centre in Sydney they should be able to put you in touch with a Naturopath in your area who is an accredited NFM (Natural Fertility Management) specialist.
