I don't have a low opinion of children's competence. I am just a realist. I don't believe that unschooling will work well in practice. The wii could be a metaphor for many things. It's not about the wii. It is about children not being mature enough to completely direct their own learning. People are getting upset with me about the wii question because they can't actually answer it.
