Thanks everyone. I saw a lovely photo frame today in the shape of a train with two windows so on impulse I have bought it so that when she has to leave the boys in hospital after they are born she can have a photo of them at home. I also got some fabby hand cream and will get her a fruit basket so she is not hungry when she is expressing for them.
