We are home!!!!!!!
Tristan still needs some bloods test monitoring for his jaundice, so we will still be having daily visits to the hospitalm, but at least we are home in between
He now weighs 3000 grams, almost back to birthweight at 8 days!
It's been such a different journey, thankyou all for sharing it with me and for all the well wishes
